Checkout/Payment & Individual Stores Policies

Our site is totally secure.  We have a Positive SSL Certificate from Comodo which safeguards our site information and customer information and we are a Paypal Verified Seller.

All payments for products are made via Paypal's secured Credit Card Processing System which means that your credit card information or Paypal information is never stored on our servers.  The information remains only within Paypal's secure credit card processing system. 

You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to make payments through Paypal's credit card processing system. 

In checkout, simply click on the Go To Checkout link and follow the prompts as the system takes you through the 3 step Checkout Process.  

Step 1 enter in your Delivery (Shipping) Information. 

Step 2 enter in your Payment (Billing) information and other options if you choose. 

Step 3 is the Order Confirmation page where you can do a final check of all the order details.  When you click on the Confirm the Order, the next screen coming up will be the Payment Option screen within the secure Paypal Processing System.  This screen contains the Order Summary at the left and the choice of either paying with your Paypal account or using any of your personal credit cards.  

After you choose which payment option you will be using, a Review Order screen comes up and you simply click on the Pay link.  After you make payment, you will automatically be taken back to Expressions Emporium and given your Order Confirmation number.  It's as simple as that!

Ship Fee Table Rates are for the 48 contiguous US States only - this excludes Hawaii, Alaska & the US Properties.

Shipping Methods
Expressions Emporium's stores offer UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail for delivery within the 48 contiguous US states - this excludes Hawaii, Alaska & the US Properties. Ship Fees listed in our Shipping Table are for continental US locations only.  USPS is an alternate and

Fedex is our secondary shipper should UPS encounter any strike problems.

Locations outside the 48 contiguous US states and all International customers must contact us before placing an order for shipping fees to their specific location.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the US Properties and all international addresses is via USPS Priority International/Insured only.  We do not offer any other international delivery options at this time.  Delivery to international addresses is 6-10 business days.  Note:  Customs now requires a phone number on every package and we cannot ship without one. 

In-stock items ship within 2 days of order receipt during our normal business days/hours which are:  Monday thru Thursday only, between 9:30 and 3:00 pm.  We are closed on Fridays (for incoming inventory and warehouse restocking), Sat/Sun and all US Holidays.  Orders coming in on the days we are closed are processed the next business day.  Gift Basket orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.

Note: Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method. (Please refer to individual product pages for details. We do not ship chocolate items during warm weather month April 15th thru October 15th)  Gourmet Food Baskets are for continental US delivery only ... we do NOT ship gourmet food baskets internationally or outside the continental 48 states. 

Expressions Emporium stores use UPS and USPS Priority as its main carriers, and USPS and Fedex as its secondary carriers for shipping. All items are shipped from one of two warehouse locations:  FOB Carmel, IN 46032 and FOB Michigan City, IN 46360.

Note Exception:  The Energy & Healing Shop ships FOB Sandia Park, NM 87047.  

Continental US Location Orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (alternate USPS and Fedex is our secondary shipper in case of UPS strike) unless otherwise prearranged by phone. Note: Expressions Emporium cannot personally guarantee delivery performance of any carrier. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. Shipping and Handling costs and times are:

Multiple Location Shipping: To send the same gifts to multiple addresses, call our customer service dept for special assistance. Expressions Emporium has enhanced this service so that you can take care of all your gift giving.

Warm Weather Food Product Shipping
During warm weather months (April 15 - October 15), The GiftBasket Boutique may not be able to ship their chocolate products by standard delivery methods due to the extreme heat and delicate nature of our fine chocolates. Please call our customer service staff to discuss alternate shipping methods or choices.

 

Individual Stores Company & Return Policies:

Lollia, Love & Toast, Library of Flowers, Bloom Boutique Haircare, Skincare and Spa Products

Haircare and Skincare products that have been opened or used may not be returned due to state health regulations. Health-related products and equipment are not returnable also due to state law. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before sending any non-health related merchandise back by insured carrier. We will give you a specific warehouse address to return unopened/unused Bloom Boutique spa products. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Available Trial Samples: Upon request, small one-use samples are available for some Lollia and Bloom products (Bloom Shampoos, Hand/Body Moisturizers) at a minimal cost.

The Health Depot

Skin care and health-related products and equipment are not returnable if opened/used due to state law. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Customer Service Dept before sending any unused or non-health related merchandise back by insured carrier. There is a 20% restocking fee on unused returned merchandise. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

The Energy & Healing Shop owned by Egyptian Healing Rods USA LLC

Free Shipping on all products. 

No Returns or Refunds.  All Sales are Final.  The warehouses do not accept any Returns of these items or returns without authorized RMA#s.  The warehouses will refuse unauthorized returns and have the carrier take back the package.

Gift Basket Boutique:   Gourmet Food Gift Baskets contain perishable food items and are non-returnable items due to state health laws concerning food items.  If for any reason there is a problem, please immediately call the customer service staff for assistance. Original ship fees not refundable.


RETURN MERHCANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBERS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL MALL SHOPS

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) is required for any exchanges or authorized returns. Perishables, Food Items, haircare, skincare and health related products and equipment cannot be returned due to State Health Rules and Regulations. For any other items, simply repack the gift or product in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

  • First - Contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Our staff is available Monday thru Thursday only, from 9 am to 3 pm EST. You can also contact us through email (orders@expressionsemporiuminc.com)  or by calling 317/225-9755.
  • Write down the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number given to you by the customer service representative.
  • Include the RMA number in the return shipping address format as follows:

**   Note:  The Health Depot and The Energy & Healing Shop have different return locations.  Customer Service will provide you with the proper return address for that shop depending upon which product was purchased.

For All Expressions Emporium stores:

  • For your security, please ship your return back via an insured carrier and retain your insurance receipt as proof of shipment.. This will protect you in case the return is damaged or lost in transit. Expressions Emporium is not responsible for returns lost by carriers.
  • If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Expressions Emporium will provide either a prepaid USPS return label or send a UPS call tag for you to return the merchandise at no cost to you.  Customer Service will assist you on this.
