From that time forward, our company has undergone many changes - transforming itself to greater meet the needs and desires of our ever-growing customer list. Our Collections are always changing to bring you variety and exciting new things. Our gift sources are many and we can arrange to get the special items you would like or add product lines that you would like to see in our catalogs. We have made our site easy to navigate, using a familiar and simple shopping cart. Ordering products from Expressions Emporium is quick and easy and takes just a few short steps. After you select your items, you'll be guided through to the order summary and checkout process. Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Expressions Emporium has enhanced this special service so that you can take care of all your gift giving in a single checkout. Product Inventory
We maintain a large inventory of items to offer you on an ongoing basis. On rare occasions, if we are out of a particular item due to unexpected demand, our gift consultants will notify you immediately and offer you an alternate selection of equal or greater value. We also change our gift offerings frequently to give you access to a fresh array of interesting and new products. Gift Baskets
All of our gift baskets are custom-made upon receipt of order to ensure freshness of the perishable products. We not only offer our standard line of baskets in various sizes and prices containing pre-selected gourmet basket contents groupings from our master product list but also we offer baskets made-to-order where you choose the items to be included from our vast array of delicious products. For made-to-order baskets, please contact our gift consultants for the options available either by calling, or emailing or faxing us. Our website only carries a limited number of our standard line of baskets. Allergy Warning!
For those individuals with nut allergies, our chocolates and many of our products are processed in a facility that also processes nuts. Many of Expressions Emporium's gift basket products contain nuts in various forms. Warm Weather Product Shipping
During warm weather months (April 15 - October 15) we may not be able to ship our chocolate products by standard delivery methods due to the extreme heat and delicate nature of our chocolates. Please call our customer service staff to discuss alternate shipping methods or choices. Designer Gift Containers
Additionally, we carry designer gift containers that can be custom made to order with our delicious food items, cello wrapped and tied with a lovely hand-tied bow and ribbon. These various containers make lovely gifts for your recipients to keep long after the food products have been consumed. We carry these designer containers in limited number because we bring in new selections every month. To choose a made-to-order designer container, please contact our gift consultants. They will assist you in choosing the perfect combination of container and food items. Due to our ever-changing variety of food items, baskets and designer containers, We reserve the right to vary our product offerings based upon availability. The photos shown in our Designer Showcase are just a sampling of the unmistakably distinctive designs our designers create. Bloom Boutique Beauty, Health and Bath & Body Spa Products Bloom Boutique provides the wonderful beauty, health and bath and body spa products on our site. Click on the link "BLOOM BOUTIQUE" on the left side of the Home Page and you will discover some wonderful products created by designer Margot Elena Wells. Any of these wonderful products can be made into a Gift Basket as well. Make someone feel very special by giving a gift of relaxation with a custom spa basket. Bloom Boutique does not accept any returns of opened or used merchandise due to IN State Health Rules and Regulations. There is a 25% re-stock charge for approved returns of unused/unopened products. Please contact customer service for an RMA #.
Expressions Emporium Guarantee
At Expressions Emporium, we stand behind our gift basket services and products. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your gift, please contact our customer service staff immediately for assistance. We reserve the right to send a UPS return call tag for any items deemed unsatisfactory prior to replacement. Emporium Stores Return Policies Each Emporium shop has its own individual return policies. Please keep in mind that Indiana State law prohibits the return of health related products and equipment so any items of this nature are not returnable from any of the stores. Any items opened or used are not returnable due to IN State health rules and regulations. Email or phone us if you need specific return information on the item you are thinking of purchasing and we can provide you with that before making your purchase since some of the stores charge a 25% re-stocking fee if they accept the return. RMA numbers are required on any returns for all the stores. No merchandise is accepted at our warehouses without an RMA assigned number. Bloom Boutique, Gift Gallery and the Health Depot have a 25% restock charge on any approved returns. Any returns are made at the buyer's expense and must be shipped back by an insured carrier so that you have a receipt in case the return is lost by the carrier. Expressions Emporium is not responsible for any return merchandise lost by carriers. Claims for losses must be made by the buyer directly with the carrier. Keep your receipt. None of the Emporium shops accept merchandise back that has been used nor do they refund original shipping charges, no exception.

All of our collections are available via catalog. We also maintain a select group of items on our website - with more being added every month. It's easy to send gifts and be able to track your orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week via UPS shipping tracking numbers.
Gift Certificates
Expressions Emporium gift certificates are available in a variety of denominations and can be sent out promptly to your recipients. Gift Certificates can be incorporated into gift baskets, included with a selected gift, or sent individually as a printed Gift Certificate - gift boxed and tied with a lovely bow and ribbon, or electronically sent via email to the recipient. It's the little things that count and we can send each of your gifts in our special signature gold gift box tied with a cranberry, forest green or navy bow and ribbon (or ribbons in your company colors), and print your message on our special embossed gift cards, regardless of quantities involved for just a nominal extra charge of $5.00 per gift.
